Effective date: February 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tendly iOS app, the Tendly Companion iOS app, and the Tendly web service (collectively, "Tendly"). By using Tendly you agree to these terms.
Tendly is a personal care coordination tool for use between known, consenting individuals — specifically a care recipient and their designated caregivers and family members. It is not a public messaging service and may not be used for marketing, spam, or contact with individuals who have not consented to participate.
Tendly is not an emergency communication service. Do not rely on Tendly to contact emergency services or in any situation where immediate emergency response is required. Always call 911 directly in an emergency.
By using Tendly you grant us permission to store and process the data you provide (messages, photos, contact information) as described in our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of delivering the care coordination features of the app.
You agree not to use Tendly to send unsolicited messages, harass others, transmit unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account.
Tendly is provided as-is for personal use with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Push notifications, SMS delivery, and real-time features depend on third-party infrastructure outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tendly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
